Each virtual server client can have up to 5 databases and up to 5 users. With myADMIN, virtual server clients can specify what users have permission to what databases that have been created all from the web!
The main goals of MySQL are speed, robustness and ease of use. 
We have also added support for DBI and DBM in MySQL, so clients can use this in conjunction with their PHP applications.
